• Aligned Offer?  Did improving your offer make a noticeable difference in getting interest in your work?
  
  
• Collaboration?  Did you get an interview or other collab that resulted in a new client?
  
  
• Gentle Launches / Outreach?  What was your most successful launch or outreach effort this year?
  
  
• Courses to clients?  Did teaching a course land you a client?
  
  
• Book to clients?  Have any new clients come from reading your book?
  
  
• In what other ways are new clients coming to you?

Hi Folks, I'm really baffled by this... several people are saying that when you come to my Q&A calls, you don't get your questions answered. WTF?

I swear that I do my best (I thought) to make sure I answer all your questions... but I think what happens is that I ask for your questions... and then I wait for 10 seconds... and I see no questions... so then I start my segment. 

Maybe I need to wait 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes?

Truly, from the heart, I'm sad and embarrassed that you've had that experience... because honestly, I would love nothing more than to just take your questions for the whole call. 

But the reason I launch into a segment is that I want to avoid the silence of having nothing there -- which I (probably erroneously) think that means there's no value on the call -- but maybe we just need to show up, look at each other in silence for minutes, until there's a question? 😅
