For the spotlight this evening - I'm very lost on how to prioritize and scale.

For unblockme, there is recurring revenue through 5 clients and we're getting about $3k/mo there. Going to put happytec: in here. but this doesn't as much fit my calling but it pays the bills faster. IG and facebook set up for unblockme. but not for happytec:. can I run happytec: from those pages as an offering? it's DFY tech support

I have 9 paid subscribers on the sound of listening and making over $700/year. getting associate coach certification in jan and going to start offering 1:1 sessions for gentle politics. provided text-based support for one person already about politics and she hit a pretty big realization through it. podcast guests booked out through February. currently no separate IG account or facebook page. someone said to record the podcasts as videos and put them on youtube as a private playlist - yet another thing to manage. VA?

The loving weight loss community I'm building now has 14 subscribers in the newsletter and 7 people in the private facebook group. No revenue from this yet. Tried to run ads but it's complicated with body image stuff - lots of restrictions. however, in the group, people have already lost weight and someone had a health issue improve just from the daily check ins. currently no separate IG account or facebook page. 

dogs - already 300 followers on IG and got two parternships as micro-infuencers for dog apparel. looking to scale this and get sponsorships again. not sure how to do it. there's a pet marketing agency but their package was close to $10k and you need 3000 followers before they work with you. 

goal in 2025 is to hit 6 figures in revenue because my goal is to eventually retire my partner in the next few years who has literally given me the best imaginable life I could ever have. so that's what pulling me along - it's a dream and it's for love. he's so burnt out.
