Hi @George Kao this is my topic/question for our 1on1 call tomorrow (31th October).
I want to grow my following on Instagram and Youtube, and I feel a bit blocked or unsure on how to share my „Grounded in Loving Presence“ framework because it has so many different facets. It is not just Qi Gong or Meditation or Therapy or Coaching ….
The framework of Grounded in Loving Presence in short:
Grounded in Loving Presence (GILP) integrates theories and practices from Buddhism, Taoism, Presence-Oriented Psychotherapy, Attachment & Attunement Psychology, Authentic Movement, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Non-Dual Therapy.
It utilizes techniques such as Qi Gong, Buddhist meditation, Breathwork, Free Movement, and Partner Exercises to promote the five core aspects: Grounding, Loving, Presence, Connection, and the Healing Power of Presence.
I feel there is a big gap in my social media presence and my actual work with people. My clients love what I do and benefit greatly from it but my social media is far behind and I want to learn to enjoy social media and make meaningful connections on social media and grow my audience. I am already in your instagram course - I did not watched it properly yet ...
I just recently finished my „Grounded in Loving Presence“ online program research study which had great great impact on participants on many levels mental, emotional, physical, energetic…. It is amazing. Now, I am writing individual case studies and I am conducting a thematic analysis to find common themes in the outcome among participants.
The "Grounded in Loving Presence" course has 17,5 hours of video content and 180 lessons. My idea is to use snippets of the program videos for instagram and use some full length videos on Youtube.
Maybe putting half of the course on Youtube - I do not know…
In the last months I neglected my IG. I only posted about free online sessions, the research program invitation and retreat invitations.
So maybe it would be good to continue with some update on how the research went with some outcomes ..?? and then continue to post about the theory and a bit of practice of GILP?
How shall I start this? Shall I just post random?
Or shall I take people a bit on a journey like I do in my online program. Combining theory and practice. Tell them how to deal with problems/challenges ...?
Can you please provide me some ideas on content, content structure and how to deliver it...
