Hey! How are you faring? It's an intense ride now!I find I'm dreaming every night, things looks different, and there have been some intense inner and outer experiences...
It is as if Spirit is pushing us to slow down, attend to our inner worlds, and let the subconscious changes catch up to our waking lives...
You could be having both extreme clarity with lots of energy, followed by fogginess with an inability to move. Let that be Ok and wait til you're clear to take your next steps.
As we end our astrological year in the intuitive, creative sign of Pisces, we have an opportunity to dream and drift, let our creativity flow, and move from an inner knowing.
The Super New Moon is Sunday, March 10th at 4:00 am, Central time. This moon supports living into our wildest visions. Let Nature help you return to yourself. During the moon portal of March 7th through 11th, take time to be supported by life in a gentle way. Choose to experience more compassion and forgiveness.
On March 19th we'll have the equinox, when day and night are equal. At that time we will move into the sign of Aires and begin the new year. This is a time to swing into action with your new plans.
Then at the next full moon, March 25th, eclipse season opens and unexpected change could be knocking at your door. Fiinally Mercury goes retrograde at the beginning of April(yes, again!).
It's a precious time..hopefully you will be able to slow down and savor it while also riding the waves with ease...

@Kristina Rogers thanks for this post. It's always great to get a rundown of what's coming up. I agree with Michael that your video is very enjoyable - it has a lovely energy. I took a picture of the very beautiful, barely crescent moon on Monday night. Feels like the spring energies are coming! Take care.
When it comes to personal or professional growth, I see this all the time – get out of your comfort zone! Nothing grows in comfort zones! Take the leap! Be bold!
I agree with the underlying logic that if your comfort zone stays the same, you won’t grow. But the common image about comfort zones is leaving them - like a bungee jump – leave it behind, go all out to this new thing. That’s terrifying. Change is hard enough.
I’m a fan of comfort zones. Many introverts are. I’ve learned the contours of my comfort zone – what makes me happy, proud, sad. Where I’m falling short. Where I’m flourishing.
I think that if you want to grow (no shade if you don’t), you have to reshape your comfort zone. I prefer the image of expansion – steady, sustainable expansion. Moving in your own particular time, one step at a time.
Some of what's in our comfort zone makes us who we are. Stepping too far outside our comfort zone risks taking us away from our core. Expanding our comfort zone allows you to include things we weren’t comfortable with before.
A comfort zone doesn’t have to be a stagnant zone. And you don’t need to be a daredevil to expand your comfort zone – you just have to be willing to take the next step. You don’t have to buy the either/or mentality – the false binary of, either you’re stuck or you’re growing.
As we develop new skills and perspectives, we expand our comfort zone, rather than leaving it entirely. We can integrate, rather than abandon, our experiences, and develop more complex and sophisticated understandings.
What’s your relationship with your comfort zone? How do you approach growth and change?

@Alex Carter Putting this forward for a highlight!
Growth and change... were never easy for me... but now I tend to have a very growth-forward mindset and approach things with an openness of trusting that every ounce of investment into myself will always have some sort of ROI. My comfort zone is great for blanket fort days though! 😍
I love this post, it strikes me as a very kind way to approach ourselves and our growth. And the more work I do the more I see that working in this way is actually a much faster way to sustainable change as it avoids the boom and bust of dramatic change seeking. And that phrase 'a comfort zone is not a stagnant zone' is gold because it allows for a whole range of ways to engage with ourselves.
I took 10 minutes to quickly write this post - a definite stage 1 piece I assume. I hope it generates some conversation! I'dlove to hear your thoughts on this kind of content. Thanks, Grace
Here it is:
I'm attending the Institute for Wellness in the Law (IWIL) annual conference this week. I am learning so much about the urgent need to address depression, anxiety, burnout, substance abuse and suicide in the legal profession. As a 40+ year practicing attorney I am concerned about the future of my profession. I'm gratified to see more than 700 people gathered to instigate change. Does your organizaton have well-being polices and programs in place? Have you ever experienced burnout as a legal professional? I'd love to talk to legal professionals about your experiences. In the meantime, learn about the good work of IWIL: https://lawyerwellbeing.net/

This is great - we often forget to take stock of progress. Is forgiveness the one way you've grown? I'd love to hear more about how that improved your relationships. I know that forgiveness is often more healing for me than for the person(s) I'm forgiving.
