This week marks that the first half of the year - and also the first half of our journey together - is almost gone!

So my intention for this week is to wrap up this first half of the year and plan the needed course correction from what I've learned thus far, so that I can continue on the right path for me going forward.

I’ve been quiet in here a few weeks but for good reason…. I just completed my second masters degree and now I’m officially an Ayurveda professional! My new intention for this week, now that I’m free from school, is to work on my website redesign. More specifically, choosing the new theme and drafting an idea board that I can give my designer to wireframe my website. My primary intention is to continue to improve my sleeping average to 7hr/night. cc: @Mira Rao

I'm so far back at the "beginning" of biz building in some ways right now (and so ... not, in others) that I'm reeeeally trying to focus my intentions on output right now. Just create content. Stop trying to figure out where the monetization is, stop trying to push in any particular direction. Create content and engagement that's "on brand" (because, I at least seem to be able to feel that one most of the time) and just keep going with it for now. 

But ugh. I like to have a path, I don't have a lot of clarity on that. 

My other intention is to get moving on some household cleanup that still hasn't really settled since my mom moved in. It's just time. And, if I can just keep in mind how much I did at her place in a short period of time, I have evidence for myself that I could move through a lot of the problem spots here faster than I think I can. 

... So basically my intention for this week is to take the bricks off that I'm swimming with, and see what happens. #nobrickweek

Had a little bit of a setback last week with my sleep intentions. I had previously made progress with a 7h 2m nightly average for the previous week. However, this week that just ended I averaged a nightly sleep of 6h 34m. Still working on getting that nightly average to exceed 7h for a whole month, so I will not let this hiccup deter me. Onward!

Still working on increasing my sleep. Last week, I made progress with a 7h 2m nightly average last week. Disclaimer: I was sick with a sinus infection. Still working on getting that nightly average to exceed 7h for a whole month! Getting there.

@George Kao Thanks George! What can I say? I’m a nerd :) Also yes neti pot is my friend and it’s suggested to use the saline salt packs they make for that purpose. Ruh roh, hope you’re OK!
