2 Begin by imagining your ideal 20 3:40
Let's begin imagining your 20...

Imagine 20 people you love to work with – they enjoy your style and skills just as you are now, without you needing to change or improve anything – and you enjoy them as well. Part of this work – as all work of "authentic business" – is to practice believing in the value of your skills and presence, and stepping more into your authentic service-oriented power. Those 20 people probably already in your life/network right now. Draw them forth by writing a heartfelt description of them...  You're welcome to comment below as you tell us about them – anything you can tell us is great, their inner characteristics, outer (visible) demographics, their interests, and most importantly – why they like and trust you. And what they believe that you can support them with. No perfection needed here... just write what comes to you.  You can always update it later – and likely will :) After writing your comment, turn around and comment on 2 others' descriptions, especially if you resonate or know someone who is exactly like that! :) Just because you reply to someone's comment doesn't mean that you'll get a spot as part of their 20 ;-) but later in this course, if there's still space, and it seems aligned for the time being, they might reach out to you with a gentle invitation to play :-)

The people I'm connected with trust me to hold space for them in a way they can be wholly themselves, with all the imperfections and vulnerabilities that make us all equally human and wonderfully different - because I create a welcoming environment in which this is welcomed, alongside an openness to allowing people to speak up and show up as they wish, and when they're ready. They are open minded, curious, creative and committed to exploring their own pathways to healing and transformation by diving into practices and narratives that often reveal something new and insightful in their process. They are also feeling their way into standing in their power and affirming the inherent value of their voice, something that I practice and from that place, teach.

@Aliya Mughal I can feel how much this means to you <3

Hey@Aliya Mughal... we ALL need this kind of space. Thanks for sharing! 🙏

Men who seek to build deep connections, freedom from their minds into their hearts, and open the door to a spiritual life - one rooted in philosophy but more action. Know who they are, shift their perspectives, and move into a life of creation and cause.  Men rooted in action and transforming the world by starting with their own lives, and then in their homes as fathers and husbands, and then into their businesses and communities. Men who are ready to heal so they can live a more joyful, loving, and powerful life. Men willing to be wrong, ok with being in the unknown, and in the exploration of big questions.  A community committed to something bigger than ourselves, respect for nature, and reverence for life. They trust me because I model these qualities and meet them with a deep, loving presence that they feel and I am just as much on the journey as they are - we are all partners. Stop there for now ...

@Jason Blydell I can feel how important this is to you in the way you've laid this out. The world needs this <3

AM

@Jason Blydell Really like what you say Jason about how your people trust you for the fact you model the same qualities

TR

Love this@Jason Blydell! In summary, your men are: seekers, builders, connectors, heart-ers, action-ers, shifters, movers, transformers, healing healers, humble explorers, and nature and life reverers! Sounds really good 🙏

@Todd Norman Ringness LOVE this! thanks for capturing the essence of it so brilliantly! I will be using all of these words!

QUESTION - Is there something magical about 20? Can it be more or less?

@Leslie Nipps Yes definitely can be a different number.  It's just that I've found 20 to be not too small or big for a sustainable group program in terms of attendees on a call (since of course not everyone attends every call) as well as meeting typical income goals.

@Leslie Nipps I appreciate this question. I'm finding that I'm a bit challenged to come up with 20, so I'm holding this number as my striving. I wonder what will shift when I am easily able to come up with 20...

AM

@Mary Veerkamp Same Mary, I really like your description, and how you say you're allowing your description to be enough for now. I too haven't hit the 20 mark but am allowing that to be enough :)

@Aliya Mughal Appreciating your comment and validation with gratitude.

@Mary Veerkamp I'm with you, and not letting that number get me stuck. I have a solid 8 right now, and am guessing that they know others like themselves, and that eventually the 20 and + will be reality!

FT

My 20 people are heart centred people who sense that they are here to deliver a soul message and live out their life purposes to and in their communities. They are also creative, courageous, loving, nurturing and see that much as it is to serve the world, it is also their birthright and reclamation to joy and purpose too.

Healing comes to them as they uncover what they want to create and live out that vision in their lives too. While life can be mundane, thru these acts of courage and self expression, divinity comes.

MC

@Faith Teo Yes, I love your desire to inspire courage!

AM

That's a beautiful way of describing the healing process Faith, especially with regards to self expression
