Imagine 20 people you love to work with – they enjoy your style and skills just as you are now, without you needing to change or improve anything – and you enjoy them as well. Part of this work – as all work of "authentic business" – is to practice believing in the value of your skills and presence, and stepping more into your authentic service-oriented power. Those 20 people probably already in your life/network right now. Draw them forth by writing a heartfelt description of them... You're welcome to comment below as you tell us about them – anything you can tell us is great, their inner characteristics, outer (visible) demographics, their interests, and most importantly – why they like and trust you. And what they believe that you can support them with. No perfection needed here... just write what comes to you. I signed up for this course because I have the beginnings of an idea.
I have a doctorate and master's degrees in business with a focus on using technology. I'm very technically savvy, and I've run a number of successful businesses over the past 30 years. But, my passion is quilting and creative arts.
My 20 people would be creatives who find the "business" side of running a business overwhelming. They need step-by-step guidance on how to set up a business and effectively - and efficiently - manage the "back end" so that they are compliant with laws and regulations and also make a profit.
They would benefit from one-on-one coaching, but they are not willing to spend the money on that, so a group program would be a cost-effective way for them to learn what they need -- and build a community of support and for networking!
They should have the basics of technology (e.g., be able to post and participate in a Facebook group or online course platform). They should have time to invest in the course and a willingness to learn and support one another.
Describe the characteristics of the 20
Spiritual seekers who have always had a relationship with God, Divine, Dharma, Tao. This attunement is at the heart of their identity and they have explored teachings and practices seriously at different times and different degrees of intensity.
They are competent in the world having found ways to function - even thrive - in work, family, service etc. But, while they value and are grateful for these achievements, they are not identified with them.
They acknowledge that along with being a Radiant Being, they are carrying and caring for soul wounds. They recognize that these wounds have deep roots in their history and beyond their history. They sense that there are treasures within the wounds and thus they seek healing not to get rid of the suffering but to release and reform that energy into gifts for the world.
They invest in and value programs that address the above. They are able to commit time to doing practices, reflection. They are able to bring themselves fully to the group and share both their insights and challenges.
They enjoy the humor of this spiritual life and easily laugh at themselves and the mind’s shenanigans.
They are in the second half of life. Over 40 though there may be some old souls in their mid thirties.
They may have a committed spiritual path and even a religion and are comfortable recognizing the ways that those truths can be expressed in other metaphors/traditions.
They value a longer term program of 9 months or more.
Most both know my work and me through programs, collaborations, social settings. Some may only know me via my work.

People who love movement and dance, people who are open to exploring life and learning about themselves and others, people who are courageous enough to dive deep into their essence and doubt who they are to find who they truly are, people who are curious to learn about their patterns and how they can with awareness change their lives and expand to their full potential.
I invite a diverse group of men and women, black and white, old and young, between 25 and 65. People who want to spend money and energy on improving all their living areas, heal their hurt child and start a journey towards conscious living and happy, fulfilling relationships with their loved ones.
People who can devote their time to personal development. People with stable jobs or are self-employed, some have families, some do not yet, and some do not, and they all like to continue improving how they live, think and move in the world and their lives.
They all want to see change in their lives and the world. People who are sensitive and care for themselves and their mental and physical health, conscious of their well-being, people who love people and want to connect and build a community of same-minded people who can grow together.
My 20 people have a desire to improve their physical, mental and emotional health in order to experience more peace, joy, love and improved physical health. Some care for others (healthcare professionals or caregivers of family/friends) and want to prevent burnout. They understand that good health and a thriving personal life are essential to being able to help others but they need some assistance in supporting themselves and getting that balance back. Others are searching for additional non-pharmaceutical methods/techniques to address their personal challenges. Many are feeling anxious, stressed, or have digestive issues, physical pain or sleeping disturbances. All of these people are open to learning new concepts and techniques, want to take an active role in their health and well-being and understand that physical, mental and emotional health are intertwined. They trust me because I have experienced physical and emotional pain that was resolved using integrative therapies. I have learned how to care for myself while caring for others, and to live a balanced, fulfilling life. I am caring, compassionate, and calm, and walk both conventional and integrative medicine worlds. I worked as an RN in conventional medicine for over 35 years, and I keep my license active. I have been an integrative therapy practitioner for over a decade, working with clients 1:1 and teaching various classes to empower people to help themselves and others. My passion is empowering people with tools to enhance mind, body, and spirit health so they can lead their best lives.

They are open to new ideas and to experiences that will expand their horizons. They are drawn to nature and would like to spend more time outside. They emit positive energy. They love to laugh and don’t take themselves too seriously. They have a sense of adventure. They seek ways to be more present right here and right now, whether it’s doing breath work or meditation, or walking on the beach or just around the neighborhood. They believe that technology makes a wonderful servant but a terrible master. They work hard and play hard. They feel they are here on earth for a purpose. They may or may not know what that purpose is, but they would like to discover it. People are drawn to them and like to be around them. They are as young as their mid-30s or as old as their 70s, but are likely to be 40-60. They are successful, and a bit driven. They are most likely to be small business owners and/or entrepreneurs. Many of them are solopreneurs.

My 20 people are women who are living lives of Quiet Desperation. They have hit all milestones they should and checked all the checkboxes according to society. Yet, they feel unhappy, frustrated without knowing why. And with each day that passes, they question the meaning of their lives and achievements and wonder if they have done it all wrong, driving them more and more into Desperation. The shame of not knowing why kept them quiet because they felt they should have answers for it. They live with self-doubt and fear alot.
They are drawn to how I am showing up for them, and how I am living my life. Nothing fancy but very fulfilling. It gives them permission to make mistakes, to be playful and explore and most importantly to learn to trust themselves again.
They come to me because they trust me in holding space and vision of who they can become and to be a partner in that journey of theirs to feel whole again.
