Hello
Here's another big question for you all! I have been thinking about this and stuck not finding the right approach. Here we go.
I have been running a group program to change careers for years. It is based on a few principles, one of which was/is live group coaching that creates deep sharing and community/connection. I ran the same group program in person and online - both settings work. The original format is 8 weeks long, with weekly group sessions of 2h + extra content (50 lessons, some video and some written) also available online + 1 individual coaching call with me.
For the past two years I have had trouble getting enough people to sign up to host live group meetings. This for 2 reasons: my marketing reach shrank (long story) and people are less used to time constraints and more used to watching recorded content.
So, I would like to get the group program going again, but need to start in a way that builds towards it, rather than an all or nothing approach, if it makes sense...
I am stuck on how to go about this...let people join one by one and group sessions are 1:1 sessions until more people join? My program, though, was based on the group following along the same material at the same time...
Not hosting live sessions? I am creating online courses for that, so what is the point of the group program?
Wait until I have a larger marketing reach again? I am leaving money on the table...
Ugh, that's why I am stuck in my head! Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻
