I'm STRUGGLING with narrowing down who my offer is for and what the specific transformation will be. I tend to hang out in the general/vague/too broad category. [i have been working through the offer revision course & still feel stuck]

I've previously labeled my offers for those struggling with anxiety who want to learn how to cope effectively to create more freedom & adventure in their lives. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with my clients, which is really effective for helping people manage emotions effectively. I just don't know how to convey what I want to offer in a way that is appealing to my target audience.

These are the particular traits my ideal client has:

• Struggles with feelings of disconnection from their true self (living inauthentically & thus unfulfilled)
• Has a strong desire to break free from societal norms and expectations to live the life they truly want
• Seeks to overcome anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and fear of failure
• Yearns to live a more authentic and purposeful life
• Is ready and motivated to make meaningful changes and take decisive actions

I'm passionate about helping them find meaning in their careers (vs. feeling stuck in a job they hate), create a fulfilling lifestyle (daily habits that help them be themselves), and manage their mental health better.

Anyone have any ideas on how I could move forward in concisely defining my offer and specifying who the target audience is?
