Post once, comment twice:  

For every 1 post you make in our forum, comment supportively on 2 other posts, especially the posts that have no comments... 

This keeps our forum ratio healthy :)

Be sparing with @mentions:

Don't @mention a lot of people in our post -- do it sparingly. Imagine you're sending them an email, because that's what @mention does 😅

Don't post Happy Birthday:

Don't post happy birthdays because given the size of the group, we usually miss someone who had a recent birthday and they may feel left out (even though it wasn't the intention)... so if you know it's someone's birthday, send them a private message :)

Be authentic always, uplifting if possible:

Growing our business is challenging, and we all have ups and downs. Be real with us -- share what's really going on -- and yet also, try when possible to have an uplifting end to your posts. Let's aim to make the forum a feel-good place for each other 🤗
