I work a full-time W2 as a Business Manager at a management consulting firm. My wife and I own 8 rental properties across Nevada, Iowa & Washington. I write a weekly newsletter and host a podcast called The Hybrid Real Estate Professional, all about our journey to build our rental portfolio.
I recently started offering business coaching for real estate investors looking to build a rental portfolio and expand their presence online.
We have a beautiful daughter (23 months old) and twin boys due at the end of 2023. I care deeply about building a comfortable life for my family and I, so we can enjoy the golden years together while my kids are growing up.

This lesson justified the entire cost of the course in my opinion. Granted I haven't finished the course yet, but I felt the need to say how valuable this was.
Just hearing you articulate the thought process and justifications for how much time you can spend on each person at each price point was illuminating.
