I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and eight years of counseling that provides a solid background to coach women with ADHD. I have been coaching since 2005 when it was only in-person or a phone call! My own ADHD helps you know that I understand.
I grew up in Texas and moved to Missouri for grad school. I was charmed by the natural beauty here and all of the trees. I take advantage of the many trails we have here in Columbia.

Finding the right lesson or resource in my courses
Once a course page has loaded (the titles of all the lessons are listed) -- then use CMD-F (Mac) or CTRL-F (Windows) to look for the topics you're interested in.

In the first bookmark above, the name is George Kao, not "George Cali"...
In the second bookmark, it should say, "Stop taking notes for everything...add things to your hat manual, not "hot menu"! 😆
Also, in the last line, "Patrick" makes an appearance, but "Patrick" is actually Capture... 🤣
But now that you mention it, "hot menu" is way more interesting than "hat manual" 🤣
