duplicate question regarding 2025 access

To my course mates or whomever can answer. I posted the following question in the comments to one of George's posts. I don't know where is the best place to ask, so I am asking here also.

Coursemates, I need a bit more clarity on options for the 2024 ABC courses going forward. I have five credits remaining.

A) Is it correct I have lifetime access to the 2024 version of the 5 Core Courses?

B) I would very much like to participate going forward in the Q and A sessions for the courses I purchased with credits. I would gladly use my remaining credits to pay for access to those Q and A calls in 2025. Is that possible?

It looks like a question for @George Kao.

I love your creative idea to use your credits to pay for access to the Q&A’s, @Keith Logan!

Podcast Advice Needed

I started a paid subscriber-only podcast on Substack (this worked - I now have 2 more paid subscribers).

I was keeping each episode at 5 minutes, but then I heard that it was too short. This makes no sense to me because reels/tiktoks are around 1:30 and they have terrible retention for most. So why does 5 minutes seem short for a podcast?

Should I make the 5-minute version the free preview and the longer version the paid one?

@Fi Kahani too short according to whom? And... is this just the latest rule of the week in "how to..." ? (I'm being serious.. I swear every time I turn around there's a change in how people say we "should" do things.. and I think we know how I feel about shoulds)

Podcasts are generally longer than 5 minutes sure .. but, it's your podcast so you could do whatever you'd like? Maybe some are 5, maybe some are 15. Are you in love with the idea of 5 minute podcasts? Then keep doing what feels good to YOU. Because YOUR people will find you.

Are you in harmony with what you're charging, for however many paid podcasts your subscribers get per month?

I'd rather have 5 minutes of beautiful intention than a longer one that felt forced... 💜

and my 🦄 take - I have to sit and pay attention, I can't have it on in the background, because I will miss something - which is probably why I don't listen to many podcasts... I want to be fully doing whatever I'm doing - so for me, committing to sitting and listening to someone share their words fully - I'd LOVE 5 minute podcasts. 😍

@Heather Tobin Thank you for this reminder! I love how you create “snackable” offers that make seem creating an offer more doable for me!

@Fi Kahani My vote is yes to your last question.

The podcasts I listen to are 30 minutes to an hour. I didn’t even know there were 5-minute podcasts.

Yes, IG reels or Tiktoks or YouTube Shorts all tend to be short. But if you have an engaged podcast audience, it sounds like they want you to go more in depth.

Also, congrats on a paid-subscriber-only podcast! 😃👏🏼

@Christine Weddle thank you!

Okay yes I'm leaning in the direction of 5 minutes or less free and then the rest paid

It's actually a lot of work and emotional labor so I'm okay with only giving them a few minutes free

Appreciate the feedback

@Fi Kahani Important what you said about a lot of work and emotional labor. ❤️ That makes it important that the length feels right to you! So glad you’re charging for your longer Podcasts! Even if they’re only 10 or 15 minutes. (I like shorter 15-20 minutes ones.) ☺️

Lovely list! Thank you!

My last 3 years income

Here's my monthly income from last 3 years.

Do you see a pattern too?

Whenever I'd have a high income month, it'd be followed by a low income month.

After this happened a lot of times since I started my coaching business... I finally recognised the pattern and worked on understanding it.

Turns out, I have a deep rooted fear of success.

I'm afraid if I fully step into my light, it may make people blind.
I'm afraid if I fully own my fire, it may make people burn.

When I write them so clearly, they sound…

@Dipanshu Rawal Congratulations on your courage in being willing to look at these patterns! I hope you're celebrating your courageous awareness!

Have you allowed yourself the time to move from awareness to acceptance, before you move into action? The action may seem obvious, but I am guessing that there may be more to learn about this big awareness than you might be appreciating. I hope you'll give yourself some time to sit with this. ❤️

@Christine Weddle The pattern has showed up quite a few times, and I'm aware of it for some time.

It's been processing for a while, and that's why you'd see some consistency in 2024 numbers.

@Dipanshu Rawal Oh, it’s not a new awareness! I misunderstood.😕 Thank you for helping me understand.

I celebrate and support you! Not only your business successes, but also how you have already been integrating this awareness.

And now you have even more clarity and a way of responding with that affirmation.❤️
