As a seasoned executive coach, my sweet spot is helping clients get real about what gets them hot and bothered, and to replace reactivity with intention.

What I love about this work is that the better I'm able to listen, the better my clients witness themselves...and this feels like holy ground. 

Because coaching is NOT teaching, I've worked to set aside my fascination with favorite tips/tools/templates -- so we can get to deeper stuff.

Yet I want to find a way to make those tips/tools accessible so clients don't need to re-invent wheels. 

Thus my purpose this year is to stay motivated and focused on putting those tips/tools/insights into bite-sized pieces for ready access, as desired.

Whether it's blogging, or instagram canva, or creating an online course... getting my "voice" out into the world in some helpful fashion is my priority.

In my non-biz life, I love dawn-swimming here in Monterey Bay; fooling around w paints; riding my bike along the ocean's edge; reading w my Sweetie; trying out new soup recipes.
