I've been self-sustaining as a coach since 2009 and it's been a fulfilling, meaningful journey. I love helping others create what works for their strengths and values.

My ideal clients...

are mid-career introverted and/or highly sensitive women who want to live their purpose but are wanting more clarity, confidence, and/or momentum. They tend to be in one of these 3 places:

1. Wanting to know what is the best path for them -- that will work for their energy, fulfillment and sustainability.
2. Exploring self-employment or wanting to get a new business off the ground.
3. Self-employed and now wanting fresh eyes and camaraderie for the next chapter - maybe a pivot, wanting less efforting, and/or more meaning.

I'm excited about:

1. Love in Action! - helping you turn your heartfelt ideas into action, in ways that work with who you are. 
   
2. Disengaging from business hustle norms and moving into the calm life you actually want.
3. Inclusion, affordability, social justice.
4. Creating affordable ways ways to get support such as interactive group courses. 
5. Co-creating meaningful communities that our hearts need so we can do the work we are here to do in solidarity. 
6. Helping with what's in front of me, like helping neighbors who are asylum seeker immigrants.
   

Growth edges:

1. Not doing too much while still wanting to grow.
2. Making decisions on which offerings to focus on.

Personal life:

I live in Massachusetts in a small town, with my husband who is my soulmate. We lead a simple life and live within an intentional cohousing community that we find very meaningful and supportive.
