Hi Everyone!

You know what I find fascinating? It's our differences ~ especially those of us who can be a little left-of-center trying to function and find fulfillment in the mainstream world. This world values efficiency and productivity, which can require productivity techniques and hacks tha…

Brene Brown's viral Ted Talk on vulnerability is a standard of mine. She is real, humorous, and talks about her breakdown without flinching while teaching us. These are the values I hope to emulate: https://www.youtube.com/wat...

Energy practices 3:22
Energy signature requires energy…

What are the practices that support a good energy baseline for you? What regular activities must you do, throughout the day, week, year? How do you remind yourself to keep doing these activities which form a good foundation for your energy signature? Comment below and share with us your answers to these two questions...  Besides the comments below (scroll down), also check out the live chats from zoom for this segment here. As someone trying to be authentic, I've noticed the importance of journaling. I did not connect that action to it until I started this course last year. Journaling has helped me gain clarity and build a larger picture of what I am working towards. This has been the number one practice that helped me go from a fantasy business to a real one.

I also need to have my morning routine that includes waking up at 7:30, softball or individual workout, and morning coffee with the hubs. Easing into work and planning 2 things for the days to complete also helps me.

Planning plenty of social time is important (softball, girlfriends, and husband), but I also count my work hours each week as part of my dashboard.

Energy signature class-wide exercise - recognize each other's ES 4:12
Notice and help name each others' energy signatures...

The most valuable part of this course is the natural filtering process that gathered us here: we each resonated with the energy of this course, then cared enough about working on becoming keen observers and expressers of energy signature, to be here! Let's utilize this precious opportunity 💛 Step 1 -- Find a piece of content that you believe strongly reflects your energy signature. It could be a video, piece of writing, an image you created, a podcast episode, a webpage, or a social media post. Step 2 -- Add a comment below and give us the link to that piece of content. (First make sure it is publicly accessible, so we can see/experience it.) Don't tell us what part of your energy signature it expresses. Let us discover it for ourselves. If you don't yet have a piece to share with us, just go to Step 3 for now and reply to others' pieces. In the (near) future come back when you have a piece to share with us and take the above steps. Step 3 -- Reply to 2 other people's comments, especially if they haven't received any replies yet, to let them know: What aspect of their energy signature is very apparent for you... try to name something that other repliers haven't yet named... ...and also, what potential do you see with their energy signature that you'd love to see them strengthen? Enjoy this exercise! Besides the comments below (scroll down), also check out the live chats from zoom for this segment here. @Jenny Baltazar I can't hear what you are saying, but maybe that is better? I see you have a very gentle and kind gaze, even as your face lights up as you speak. I see enthusiasm, excitement, and no fear.

✍🏽 What is your joyful productivity structure for 2024 of working your business?

To have a financially sustainable business will require you to have a sustainable time/energy management structure for you to work on your business. Resource to help you create -- and keep integrity with -- your joyful pro structure: The 111 Formula -- Go to the BizPlan course and scroll down to the 111 Formula Module. Well, I think my personal goals for the year align with the 111 Formula, and I didn't watch everything about it, but the overview looks methodically done and is focused on conversations and launches.

I want to grow my list authentically and create content that meets the needs and desires of my group. When I checked out the content requirements, I saw that much of the information is related to the challenges during the course with our clients and those we support.

I love that the approach is experimental so I can find my way. I tend to focus more on tasks rather than the list when managing my time. I think using time for these types of activities is an important aspect I've been missing.

BTW- I read the Mom Test book you suggested and I see there has been a big part of my work life underdeveloped in this area. Can't wait!
