About DeShawn

Hi Everyone!

You know what I find fascinating? It's our differences ~ especially those of us who can be a little left-of-center trying to function and find fulfillment in the mainstream world. This world values efficiency and productivity, which can require productivity techniques and hacks that some of us find mundane and soul-crushing, if not impossible, to follow.

These people also know they need novelty, something to look forward to, ways to motivate themselves, and not a one-size-fits-all cookie-cutter approach to productivity. They want to feel human and contribute their gifts, too!

And for me, I've found I can't follow mainstream productivity tools and hacks. I've had to learn to drive my brain, use its quirks and creativity to feel seen, contribute to the world, and enjoy both work and home.

That's why I work and coach with those who can seem unorganized, messy, and can't follow straightforward productivity tools like myself. I like working with smart people who are ready to dump conventional productivity techniques to learn their actual personal productivity by understanding their brains.

I enjoy helping others like myself discover their unique strengths and redesign their days with systems that complement their brains. If life happens when we are busy, let's make those minutes and hours leave our souls feeling purposeful and satisfied.

I'm DeShawn, and for the past decade, I've been doing one-on-one coaching as a side gig to focus on expanding a group coaching business once I retire. Now retired, I am carving down my email list to grow more engaging conversations with my two lists. I intend to focus on procrastination and create groups for people with unique minds.

I live in Indiana and Florida with my husband, visiting grandkids and our married sons. I play softball and enjoy walking in the sunshine. I love to learn, and I'm ready to enjoy coaching with highly engaged groups.
