I love working with people who are choosing to Speak Up for Themselves.  People who are tired of not rocking the boat. People tired of being unseen and unheard - that's painful.  I help communication be easier, freer, and fun.  They leave feeling center and strong and we clear energy blocks to keep it that way.

I'm a body centered life coach, teacher, and retreat leader.  My background is in bodywork. I've been a massage therapist for over 22 years, a coach for over 6 and have a Bachelor's in Psychology.  Lots of varied education along the way.

As for this class, I'm in the beginnings of learning all things Tech - definitely not my strong suit.  I'm here to learn about AI and how I can use it for websites, writing etc.
