I think that we found in general the power of imagery is that kind of effortless revisiting of a deep state of awareness that gets crystallized in the image itself. We had also a really hilarious and humorous experience of finding. this joyful bunny image that someone was prompting on Instagram to create.

I had stabbing pains in my ribs to that were bizarre, and I've never felt anything like that. And it helped counter the the fear of that. I think those kinda fears are healthy and good to have. To to step back and go, okay. I'm having this kinda depth of conversation with a with a machine. And I feel really understood and validated.

I love I love the conversational style. Very human like voice, very empathetic. You can talk about almost anything. Probably miss is that you can't delete your chats. Every everything every word is saved.

Rodgers has a strong daily practice of morning and evening check-ins to set the tone for the day and review the day. He says it's a powerful way to continually kind of refine your capacity to experience the kinds of days that you that that make you feel successful. If clients are not interested in doing morning evening practice, I'd say that I'm not the right coach for them.

Carla: I think you'll find soon AI tools are gonna be more flexible with their inputs. Right now, I personally use Google Docs for voice dictation because the translator is much better than the Mac translator. Carla: Pretty soon you're gonna be able to embed a voice memo right into touch EPT, and it would then transcribe it and, you know, and talk talk back to you.

Jezi: You're just turning on the microphone button on your laptop, which is more of the computer's functionality as far as voice input and talking your journaling right into chat, GPT, and hitting enter rather than typing it out. And also, you know, last week, we talked about custom instructions, and I did another custom instructions set up for someone I'm coaching this week.

The 3 most powerful skill sets that we have found are mindfulness skill sets. And breath work skill sets, and then conscious imagery. So we'll just do a little bit of each of those.
