I’m a Self-Discovery Coach, Early Trauma Integration & Jikiden Reiki practitioner. My ideal client is a warm-hearted, kind and conscious person who has already done some healing work, values their ongoing self development and growth and has the deep desire to get to the root cause of their problems. My ideal client struggles with relationships, motherhood, fatherhood, low self worth, insecurity, overwhelm, anxiety, stress, social situations…physical and psychological symptoms.

I love to help my clients to find clarity & relief, to reconnect to their healthy self & their body, recognize their patterns, process unconscious early traumatic experiences that keep them stuck in the past and to liberate themselves from transgenerational trauma. My offering can support them to find back to themselves, feel more independent from others and confident expressing their true authentic self.

I have been developing my healing practise since 2021. It has been quite a journey. I didn’t get to creating my website yet and I still need to figure out how I talk about what I’m offering but this is my next goal and why I’m here. I want to grow a bigger online client base as well and group seminars are my next bigger milstone for my offering. At the moment I only work in a 1 on 1 setting with clients.

I would love to collaborate with others in terms of study buddy (about me / service & event communication/marketing), interviews, guest gigs, maybe even workshops and I’m open to trade sessions for wordpress website design support. :)
