I live in San Francisco and am a relationship coach and mentor for men! 

Before all of this, I spent my 20's traveling the world working as a dive master in Australia, yoga teacher in Asia, tour guide in Europe, and software engineer in SF. I finally exhausted my options and forced my hand into doing the thing that felt the scariest and closest to my heart - coaching.

I empower men to start doing what they say they want to do and learn to love themselves along the way.

I do 1:1 coaching and have a virtual men's community called the Connected Men. I'm looking forward to adding more accessible and low-ticket, pre-recorded offerings to that list next year!
