I qualified as a functional health coach through Chris Kresser's ADAPT school in 2021. Previously, I had a long career (40 years) as a language teacher - mainly Hebrew and for 5 years an English teacher. I am 66 years old, and have lived in 4 countries over the course of my life. Most of my family is in Israel, and my husband and I and our younger son and his family have been living in Melbourne Australia almost 24 years. I am passionate about health freedom, aging well, cooking delicious food, walking and enjoying nature, exercise, learning about health related matters, and now I am developing an interest in economics (the Austrian school). The transition from a paid employee to an independent business woman is a challenge.
