This space and all community spaces online are still awkward for me. I have a tendency to stay in the wing, hang back and listen and see where the energy draws me. So in these online communities my natural way of relating is all up in arms!
Hence, as many of you are likely similarly experiencing; I am learning a new way to engage. One which involves a more active presence ("no!" I scream...) ...
Professionally ~ I have been a "helper" to others for over two decades and am having a rough time shifting into leading my life for 'my sake'. Currently I am building a life coach practice via ACE and will need gobs of hours to acquire my professional accreditation.
I'm an easy going gal, born in Wisconsin and living life in No California. I live for JOY and laugh a lot. I appreciate what George has created and 'nudge' myself to keep engaged however small...

꩜ Spiral learning
Any important area of life has many (perhaps, unlimited) layers of understanding and application. This is certainly true with Joyful Productivity. Each time you return to one of the lessons, consider these 4 steps: Choose one concept, tool, or exercise from the Lesson that you're most interested to apply right now. All other ideas, put on the "back burner" for future consideration. It'll always be available to you to revisit. Choosing to apply one idea at a time will make your real-life learning more sustainable. Experiment as you apply it into your life or business. This means you're open to making "mistakes" as you try implementing the idea. Reflect on your real-life learning and implementation: add a comment underneath that particular lesson. Share your experience with the class. Ask any questions. Netcare by reading a few other comments and replying underneath them. Perhaps even reach out privately to someone to appreciate their reflection. By using these 4 steps again and again, you will spiral deeper (or higher) into your skillfulness with Joyful Productivity 👏🏽
The 'spiral learning' analogy resonates for me - as I use a spiral in my written signature. The image itself defies limitations and separation and is a reminder that growth awaits us, whether it be revisiting a skill and building on it, or that of an emotion and transmuting it; or my favorite, experiencing the bliss of rising in frequency as all that has come before is further integrated as soul experience.
Also I will now see the word "mistake" as "mis-take" and 'take another go at it'! Thank you George!
