I am a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork instructor. I have over 30 years of healing experience in a variety of modalities.

I am currently studying Biofield Tuning and completed the level 1 training in June 2022. I am passionate about helping people heal trauma and rewrite subconscious programs with simple, powerful tools so that they can unlock freedom and wholeness.
