I have been a Psychotherapist , Coach and Trainer for over 30 years . Based in London UK.  I worked with almost every "specialism" at some point ., perhaps I had more male clients than is typical, and I am probably more results oriented than empathic.  I n recent years I have moved more online with Zoom coaching , with a desire to start creating courses and share the best of what I have learned.

I have always been inspired by spiritual philosophies and practised meditation and other inner work . So a belief in the human spirit and the magic of life has always imbued my work and play.
