My calling is to provide holistic, trauma informed healing services and education for those who may have experienced similar challenging circumstances. My clients are mostly women and their families.
I've been in private practice since 1992. I provide holistic care in the wisdom traditions of eclectic herbalism, combined with many types of bodywork, including trauma informed care. While tending to, and being mindful of your physical challenges, I hold space for unexpected feelings that may arise, creating a safe space for deep healing. Learn more on my Trainings & Certifications page.
Since 2016 I have slowly been developing courses, but find myself in need of guidance and community in order to grow the confidence I need to launch. The courses I am developing focus on developing Body Wisdom and Resilience. I have one course ready to go, and 3 others in development. I will also be marketing another course for the Arvigo Institute, and teaching their curriculum focusing on womens reproductive health.
My personal life experiences include years of social dance, belly dance, pilates, yoga and kriya yoga, and gyrotonics. I enjoy regenerative gardening, yoga, cycling, hiking, paddling, and integrating all aspects of my life so that each part nurtures the other.

You’ll have a more enjoyable (and efficient) time with your business -- and have better quality Zoom calls :) I recommend doing this: Always plug into the router, via an ethernet cable, when you’re working and especially when you attend Zoom calls. Get a long ethernet cable if you need to. I have several in the home, and it makes such a big difference. If your router is too far from where you work, such that even the long ethernet cable won’t reach it -- or if you really want to use Wifi -- then I recommend getting a powerline adapter. It magically brings your internet signal from your router to another room in your home as if you have another router there! I don’t have a recommended one, since mine is more than 10 years old, but still working well (brand: TP-Link). Click the link to see what’s popular these days: powerline adapter. Of course, it also makes sense to contact your ISP (internet service provider) and ask if they can upgrade your internet speed. You may need to pay more, but if you’ve done the above 2 things and it’s still slow, it’s probably worth upgrading.

This is a great idea. It saved to my personal google docs, rather than my business docs. Wondering about organization of these things.
