I long to journal publically. I was born on a full moon, at 12 noon, on the day of the infinity symbol (8) during the harvest month of October. I offer the light of inspiration and the heart of inclusion as a facilitator of mindful movement,  conscious dance, and therapeutic expressive arts embodiment practices. 

My goal is to live life in ever-widening circles, offering my skills as a trauma-informed mindfulness somatic spiritual psychotherapist. I support couples to have difficult conversations and journey with individuals through challenging emotions — integrating wounded parts of ourselves as we recover a sense of aliveness, belonging, and clarity, to celebrate a life well-lived in service to all beings and the planet.

Vision Goals: To market my services as a psychotherapist and create dance/expressive therapeutic arts workshops (to create community! and support connection to ourselves and each other). To find and support fellow collaborators. To rent a space and host in-person weekly dance and monthly workshop.

Task: To create a website that has a Self-Discovery Tools Blog where I can share my simple artwork and bite-sized videos demoing expressive arts self-care/self-exploring tools for use at-home, embodiment practices in the marketplace; a Photo Gallery to post my "cloud-watching" images (my self-care hobbie is cloud-watching); and "about me" page; a scheduling tool for free 30-min. consultations.
