Hi Friends!

I live in the East Bay of SF with my 3 kids, and husband. LOVE to dance, play music and study consciousness through research and direct means.

I work as a transformation specialist for the last 28 years. I am especially passionate about helping people get unstuck and finally get off the healing hamster wheel and experience true happiness through my work as a Non Dual Life Coach.

I also developed and teach a method of developing intuition called the Higher Guidance Course and a practitioner training for therapists, healers, and coaches called Higher Guidance Healing that combines intuitive guidance, working spiritual guides, and energy healing for transformation.

I also love working with Flower Essences and teaching Reiki. I work with clients both in person and online.

My goal is to be consistent with my marketing. I have always run my business part-time either while working at a corporate coaching company or as a mom with an income that is up and down. My main goal is to create consistency in my marketing and messaging. Learn effective actions and strategies to reach clients who are looking for my work and create a consistent income.
