Since childhood I've been fascinated with what it means to be a whole human being. I've discovered that it has to do with courage. A non-flashy, non-marvel type of courage that we need anytime we do something outside our comfort zone, be it physical, moral or creative. In exploring small acts of courage personally, by others and in professional and personal situations I've gathered a body of work that has enabled me to navigate fear and uncertainty in ways that help me embrace change (wanted and unwanted) with vitality and presence. As a result, I'm able to act with agency in a crisis, related with reasonability in conflict and learn with an empty cup in times of rapid change. I want to share this with individuals who are looking for ways to manage change and adversity more effectively.
