Daily energy reboot is the secret of working lightly. My secret of staying healthy and personally sustainable, working focused hours more consistently than most people, even though I’m actually easily distractible. But I keep returning, returning, returning... In this lesson's video I describe the foundation of the Energy Reboot.
2nd, I think the name energy reboot is actually perfect at least for me. It makes the practice more accessible and not to woohoo sounding. For me, if it mentioned something about spirit in the name, I might not have given it the attention that I have. I also feel that the name attracting people who are thinking about fitness or the physical energy, they have are actually finding just what they need very likely. This kind of connection that you speak of in the energy reboot to whatever endeavor we are undertaking will almost certainly result in more physical and mental energy, as well as energy of spirit.
George Kao's Focusmate Group Yes, everything in business is spirit-based, but don’t use that as an excuse to not be organized. 😄
Love this bit about normalizing creative discomfort. So helpful!
I realize that many times when I feel overwhelmed about the prospect of sitting down to write or create it's just avoidance of this creator discomfort.
Also, I loved, loved when you said flow is generated in the process of doing.
Yes, it is one of the things I love about the Simplero platform.
Also, reflecting on what my personal take away was from a lesson, or what touched my heart, really helps me incorporate the learning and what it means for me.
