In the Market Discovery program, you commented it might be a good time to explore scaling my business.  I could ask colleagues to share my post with their network for this post.  And I am curious whether this is a good post to do my first ad with. LinkedIn is my main social media platform.  

What tool do you use to see if/when an email was opened? 

For many years I have used Insightly as my CRM, and can send an email template to a group of contacts and also to see if/when it was opened.  As I consider letting it go, (too expensive for current use) I don't know how else to get that feature.  My primary email is Google and I also use Mailchimp -which might be a good alternative. Appreciate your thoughts. 

The last two times (separate days) I did a series of videos ( trying to get a good one) I found that after 2-3 videos,  Zoom seemed to get tired.  At the beginning of the video, it was lagging- speech not aligned with the video, or no sound- Has anyone seen this?   I ran Clean my Mac the first time this happened in case I had too much junk building up ( love my technical language?) Recommendations?
