Okay I'm excited to share with you an updated plan for authentic business that I'm probably going to be teaching more in-depth in some upcoming course.But right now it is a Google document that I will put below this video, And I will continue updating this Google document.So you'll see in this Google doc that there's a section called versions.And if you click on versions, you will see what updates I made since you last visited.But let's begin from the top.

So this originally came out of something called the 10 year plan for authentic business.And you're like 10 years?I don't have 10 years.Yeah.I know.

I know.That's why I renamed it now the 10 level plan because if you're in a freaking hurry, I don't know why, but I know you are.If you're in a hurry, then you can make this a 5 year plan, but that means you gotta work your butt off.Okay?To make it a 5 year plan.

Let's make it a 2 year plan for me because you've been working with you for 8 years.You've already got a bunch of these pieces all, you know, built into your business already.So maybe this could be a 2 year plan for you.The vision is that after the ten level that you access, after you work through the ten levels, you will have a semi retired authentic business.Beautiful.

What does that mean?It means that you aren't doing everything yourself anymore, but you have a team that you happily pay because you have so much money that you happily pay your team to do a lot of the admin stuff and you just show up for your favorite things, plus the strategy.You know?So that's the semi retirement and let's let's work on this.So how do we get there?

So it's 10 levels, like I said, and each level has some courses of you know, because, of course, each level you have to learn a set of skills and complete a certain number of projects that build your business, that grow your business.And so I've already taught you a bunch of stuff, in various courses.So I might as well bring those courses in to help you accomplish each level.So every time you see one of these blinks, it probably goes to a a course outline.Some of you many of you already have some or many of these courses, so you're able to just jump into it and refresh your memory about these things.

Now by by the end of level 2, you have com you have created completed a total of at least 70 pieces of stage 1 content.So you can see what the numbers are.By the end of level 1, you completed 40.By the end of level 2, you completed another 30.Right?

Because you got money coming in out out of your ears, so it's time to consciously manage it.And the level 5, you have, you have really dived into running ads to grow your audience.Could be Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, Instagram ads.You have, dived into automation and perhaps artificial intelligence, things like Zapier to make sure that you're not the one doing everything.Okay.

You have, at the end of level 6, focus once again on your framework so that you've got so much data now.You can much be much clear about what the market wants from you and therefore create a more clear framework going forward that makes your ads even more effective, makes your content more effective, makes your offers more connected to each other.So your framework is is really solidified by the end of level 6.Therefore, it also makes your your search engine optimization more likely to be done.And I I hope I'm not losing losing all of you.

You can now see see what the threads are that you gotta pull and and and complete.Okay.So you've also gotten 5 client case studies by this point.Now I I I said earlier you've got lots of meaningful client experiences.And from some of those client experiences, you can start to write up your case studies and also therefore train your mentees, people who are going to learn your method so that they too can serve others.

It could be a certification program you create.It could be a mentoring program you create so that people can learn what you do and and make make, make a business doing that as well if they if if that's what you wanna support them in doing.And the level 7, you've started you've you've you've been training assistants by the end of level 7 so that they can start taking over a lot of the administrative and other tasks that you, would prefer someone else to do.So training assistance.Level 7 is that.

That's the focus.Level 8, your assistants are really their their assistants by the and and level 8, your assistants are helping you document all of your systems in your business so that if you were to well, if something were to happen to you and you couldn't run your business, your assistants could.Well, guess what this means is you could guess what?You could take a long vacation if you wanted to because your your assistants are doing a lot of the work in your business.And maybe by this point, AI is doing a lot of the stuff in your business too by the end of level 8.

It's been documented.You have step by step processes.Right?Deliberate practice means that you are also because things have been documented, you can deliberately optimize any step to make it even more excellent, even more effective.You can you can improve yourself and your systems at every step because you know what the steps are now for the entire business.

This also allows you in level 9, therefore, to do much bigger collaborations and joint ventures.JV stands for joint ventures.You can collaborate with bigger organizations, bigger influencers because your systems are so dialed in that you can pretty much guarantee that you could collaborate with someone.You're gonna be it's gonna be win win.It's gonna be real real successful.

So that that that's awesome.And then finally, level 10, congratulations.You have reached semi retirement, and now the the sort of principle going forward is to kaizen forever.Kaizen is, a Japanese term for continuous small improvements forever.You could just keep your systems have been documented.
