I felt such a relief when I heard you talking about this on a YouTube video. It’s so easy  to get stuck trying to “niche down.”

Welcome to Framework Course 4:23
Warm welcome to the Frameworks course 🤗

Warm welcome! Overall, I view my courses as a learning community that I'm facilitating -- we learn from each other, I learn from you, as well as you learn from whatever I share that is relevant to you. I invite your questions and your replies to each other's questions.  Be helpful, be kind, be engaged in the chat only as much as you'd enjoy. Let's dive right in -- "What is a signature framework" is the title of this module...  Here's the unconventional way we'll get to that understanding: Instead of me telling you the definition (for you to memorize or something!) I'd like to invite you to create the definition for yourself, from what I'm going to share with you, which are examples and metaphors in the coming lessons. Truth is most powerful when it's personally created and articulated. In other words, you're going to create a framework for what is a signature framework ;) Shall we give it a try?   At this point, before we get into seeing examples, what do you think a "signature framework" is?

TY

When I think framework, I think of structure and organized containers. My guess is that a signature framework is the way you present and communicate information in a way that is unique to how you see and do things. It’s important because we are all different as humans but also have a lot in common. Sometimes, the particular way you see something can be really helpful to someone if they resonate with your story, approach, etc., and it helps them find their own voice. They’re not the same person as you, so they will likely appreciate multiple perspectives including yours and many other people’s as they find their own unique way of doing things. This is why it’s great that in any particular field, there are multiple people talking about the same “stuff” but from their own perspectives that have been influenced by everything that they are, including their identities and experiences.

I feel like I’m taking a shot in the dark at this point, but I’m looking forward to seeing how my definition evolves as I watch this course. I feel a little vulnerable posting this like I’m taking a shot in the dark, but I’m just going to do it because I’m working on having more courage and emotional resilience. Looking forward to seeing how my definition evolves as I watch this course.
