Hello Everyone! 

I am here to learn about how to market myself and clarify what I am selling.  This period is a big career shift. I have been running a vacation rental business on the island of Bonaire and a stay at home mom for the last 15 years or so.

I went back to study Positive Psychology and coaching but dream to do something bigger than one on one coaching. Maybe online classes, maybe public speaking, maybe write a book. Maybe all of those things. 

I help women get inspired and motivated for a long and vital life.  I’m passionate about healthcare rather than sick care, vitality, making your health span equal to your lifespan, reduced stress, reduced inflammation and much more. I believe we have so much more control over our health than we ever knew possible. I empower women to take their health into their own hands. 

It is possible to create a body inhospitable to disease. For longevity, vitality, and health.

I’m an ICF ACC accredited positive psychology coach. I also hold a certificate in applied positive psychology (CAPP) and a certificate in applied positive psychology coaching (APPC). I’m currently working on certification as a Health and Wellness Coach and studying functional nutrition.

I am a cancer survivor, passionate that there is more out there than just screening to see if you already have a disease. I believe I have an important message and am exploring business ideas as to how to get that message out. I fasted during chemotherapy and I believe it saved my life. I want this and other information on this topic to get out to the public. We are told that many diseases are inherited and therefore victims of our own genetics while this is simply not the case. We have much more control than we think.
