My mission is to liberate people from trauma and relational problems so they can embody their worth and fully show up in the world. I offer traditional therapy, as well as intensives and courses. My ideal client is fed up, defeated, or otherwise inspired for change. I teach a lot of distress tolerance and spiritual resourcing which allows people to feel safer befriending the dark places within.  I've been in private practice for 15 years. I feel inspired to share more: training therapist, speak on podcasts, offer groups and courses. My challenge is feeling inauthentic and scripted when I do marketing and it doesn't draw an audience. Yet, when I do the practices in person, they are life changing for clients. In a previous course with George, the connection with others was inspiring and felt supportive. I am looking to compassionately nudge myself to take risks and network more.
