Hi! My name is Annie, and I'm a Personal Development and Leadership Coach.

My ideal client is between the ages of 35 and 60, success-driven, and unknowingly or knowingly burned out. Everything has been about the next promotion, the next raise, the next job, all with this side that it would somehow bring fulfillment. They're hungry not only for that experience of life they've been in pursuit of, but also starving for a deeper connection with themselves. They are senior managers, executives, VP's, HR leaders and in the C-Suite. They have some say in how the organizational culture goes so they can transform their lives from the inside out. 

This isn't my first career and I have lived that life as a former broadcast local television news journalist where it was always about the next job and market -- with very little independence and autonomy. I ate, drank, and dreamt news and put work above everything. In the end, I burned out -- full on fizzled -- and cried in the shower and on my way to work. It took a couple years to rediscover Who I Am and that came through the generosity of another coach.
