I work as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapist, helping clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, abuse and addictions. In this work, I guide clients to access their own healing capabilities and to gain tools to manage feelings and symptoms by themselves which is more empowering.
My work includes intuitive painting and expressive arts, if that is something clients are drawn to.
I am also in the process of training as an Intuitive Painting instructor, which is very exciting and I hope will offer many possibilities for inner healing on a non verbal level.
