This is a long video that I decided to make this morning while in a mental state of despair. I would like to share it on my personal Facebook page, but one of the limiting beliefs I am grappling with is that I do not want to offend friends that I have distanced myself from for reasons that I fear would make them feel worse about themselves, because I would rather spend time with and need to find and cultivate a community of people that are more aligned with the interests and values and beliefs that I have discovered are at the core of my authentic self. Basically there are old friends that, if I shared this video, might reach out to me, and (here's where my judgmental side kicks in) I do not want to invite those people back into my life unless they are on a similar path to mine. So how do I establish boundaries that keep out the people who are still in the habit of constantly complaining about things that are wrong or bad or negative without falling back into those same patterns myself?

I guess it is people pleasing behavior because I do not want them to judge themselves for continually falling into that pattern of behavior, the pattern of behavior that I am trying to break. If I allow these people back in my life, and start spending any amount of time with them, I may default to acting in a way that is meant to promote acceptance of who they are and how they are and what they do. I will want them to feel at ease without fear of judgement, but at the same time I feel that I am judging them by choosing to stop spending time with them. and I want to find friends with whom I can share all the new wonderful and exciting interests that I have discovered.

There is also so much that I didn't say in this video that I wanted to, but either couldn't recall at the time I made it, or felt that I am taking forever to say the things that I have already said.

I see how thinking in paradoxes can create a lot of unnecessary suffering, but I also do not want to fully let go or forget the very limiting beliefs that triggered this state of depression, isolation and despair, because I can learn from these thought patterns.

Imagine my surprise and delight when someone who barely knows me asked if she could send a donation to my organization! 

This was a woman who, moments earlier, found out about my upcoming online program to support women whose loved ones have been diagnosed with cancer. The intention of the program is to send these cancer patients remote healing, while holding loving space for all of the group members. 

"Please give me information where I can make a contribution to your organization.  It sounds very valuable!!" 

I explained that I run a small business, not a non-profit, and if she would like to sponsor a member of the program, that would be greatly appreciated. 

She sent her "donation", said I was an amazing woman, and wished me much success. 

I was blown away. 

There are rare people in the world who recognize something unique and special and want to support it. I appreciate them all, wherever they may be. 

This incident inspired me to create an opportunity for others who wish to support women to join my energetic cancer healing group program. They can sponsor or partly sponsor a member to send healing to their loved one, while receiving support by being a member of the group.
