I’m a leadership coach (ICF) and a consultant who seeks to help faith leaders to bring their best selves to their ministry in order to bless their congregations, their communities, and the world.

I served as a pastor for over 20 years before stepping down to devote my time and energy working with the Charlottesville Clergy Collective, an interfaith group of clergy and interested lay persons working to address racial justice and equity in the Charlottesville and Albemarle region of Virginia. I also consult with congregations and organizations especially in the area of conflict resolution. 

I'm an introvert and am not active on Facebook or Twitter (although I do have accounts). 

I live in Charlottesville, Virginia with my wife of 30+ years. We have two young adult children.
