I'm a meditation teacher and yoga nidra facilitator with a background in the arts and museums.

I believe in the transformational power of meditation and that a more peaceful, joyful, sustainable world is possible if we all stop a little and do some introspection beyond all the noise inside our heads. Meditation helps with that, and I love being a part of that discovery. I love being able to guide people into silence and help them thrive there.
