Hi! I'm a mindful dating and relationship coach with 2 niches: 

1) Mindful dating: I help folks of all backgrounds approach modern dating from a place of authenticity & creativity, rather than conformism. 

2) Compersion: I help people open their heart and find acceptance in the face of jealousy and envy. Compersion is the opposite of jealousy (empathic joy) in consensually non-monogamous intimate relationships as well as other types of relationships. I did my PhD research on this, and I'm currently writing a book on the topic (to be published in Spring 2024 with Rowman & Littlefield publishing).

I've been a guest on about 30 podcasts, so I have substantial experience, but would love to tighten my messages so I can be a more engaging, concise, and compelling speaker. I am also looking to develop new offers besides the 1:1 coaching.
