Sometimes speaking of myself as a "settled nomad" I like both in one: riding the waves of change and moving on, whilst taking care of being settled within. This defines also my work: supporting people in finding a balanced aliveness with these two quaities and answer to themselves whith what really matters - via Coaching and Therapy sessions, Mindfulness trainings and Retreats.
