I love embracing Gentleness because it helps me feel safe to be myself on a daily basis, and to take new steps into what I feel called to do. 

My current ideal clients are Coaches who embrace personal growth while being gentle and kind with themselves. They love discovering more about their gifts and energetic tendencies through the lens of Human Design and active self-reflection. They also understand and appreciate the energetic power of thoughts and emotions.

As a newly certified MAP (Make Anything Possible) Practitioner, I hold space for my clients to use their minds to neutralize any stressful memories. I've been beta-testing an 8-week 1:1 program that integrates MAP with Human Design so they feel safer and more energized to be their true selves, especially in their work. I find that is so satisfying and healing for me. 

I'm also helping the MAP Coaching Institute launch smaller training programs for retreat facilitators and corporate leaders so that feels exciting for me!

For my personal growth journey, I'm deepening my relationship with various forms of dance, especially through Contemporary Dance. Dance energizes me to be a more potent space-holder for myself and my clients. 🤗🫶✨
