Most of my life has evolved around kidneys as a nephrology nurse (>40 yrs.), living kidney donor (2017), and co-founder of the nonprofit, Kidney Donor Conversations in 2018.

Alongside my kidney life, I am a holistic nurse using complementary therapies (>40 yrs.) such as Healing Touch, aromatherapy, guided imagery, meditation, qigong, and ear seeds.

My joyful, fun life includes hula hoops, crocheting, and native plant gardening.

I will be retiring in 2024 from my current job at a cancer center and exploring new opportunities to use my holistic nursing skills. For now, I will continue to provide education and support for living kidney donation through my nonprofit.
