Introducing our Course Helper – Jessica Jennings
I'm so happy to have a course helper, Jessica Jennings.
She's been a wonderful member of my group client program and just an amazing contributor to others in the program.
And she herself has a has a great business And well, Jessica, I'll let you introduce yourself to everybody here because they'll be they'll be seeing you here and there, especially the live participants.
They'll be seeing you those who are watching the recording later just know that the course has had the the benefit of Jessica's help.
So go ahead, Jessica.
Thanks.
Hi.
I'm Jessica Jennings, and this is my dog, Jessie.
And I work with people who have back pain, neck pain, knee pain, ankle pain, and chronic conditions, and people who are trying to avoid surgery.
And recovering from surgery.
So my background is kinesiology with 20 years of yoga teaching.
And I'm passionate about yoga, but honestly, I have found it's very hard for people to be very serene and happy when they are in pain.
So I mostly, my clients are busy solopreneurs and don't have that much time to do self care So I provide just a 5 minute therapeutic practice for people who need it.
For this community, you're welcome to drop in for 1 on a Saturday if you have any discomfort.
And I do find that what I do is called alignment therapy and that when we align physically, we we find our our power and our strength and our spaciousness on the deepest levels.
So Awesome.
Thank you so much, Jess.
And I'll you can send me a link.
It's for me to put below this video how to do the drop in that you're inviting.
People too.
So thank you so much.
Thanks.
