Let's say you've been doing market discovery calls and you are feeling overwhelmed by all the notes that you're taking. I certainly had that when I was doing, like, 1 to 2 market discovery calls every week during my beginning years when I was trying to clarify my offers. And sometimes, like, 3 or 4 per week, actually. And I was getting really overwhelmed. Like, oh my god.

How am I gonna how am I gonna integrate all this? Right? More than you have more than half a page of notes. You start to get easily naturally. For me, anyway, I get overwhelmed.

And my technique for that is what I call temporary constraints. I have a blog post or yeah. I think it's a blog post about that that I will I will link to below. You'll see it below. But the idea you know, don't read it right now or read it later.

Don't be overwhelmed. Just stay with me here. And the simple idea is a temporary constraint is alright. If I can just integrate 3 tidbits from all these pages of notes, I will consider it successful for now because I can always come back after a few weeks or after a few months back to these notes, integrate another three tidbits. You see?

That's that's really how I how I work myself through life, actually, when life is overwhelming. Information is overwhelming. I always say, what about just 3 things? Fine. What about one thing?

If I can integrate one thing, if I could take one thing, one takeaway from these 58 pages of notes or these 3 pages or these 1 page of notes, I will consider it successful, and I'll move on with my project. I'll integrate one thing, 3 things if I can. 3 things. I'll integrate 3 things. I'll you know, of course, that's part of this, the process we're doing.

We're doing market discovery, and then we're doing offer creation. If I just integrate 3 things from all these calls to make a better offer than, hey. I'm iterating on creating something that's more aligned with the market than just, I have this inspiration. I'm gonna offer this. How come nobody bought it?

Well, we didn't integrate anything from what God is telling you. God speaks to us business owners through the market, not through our own intuition. Sorry. Sorry, you know, psychic channelers out there. God doesn't speak to you or business in that way.

Sorry. I I'm I'm afraid I have to break it to you. God or goddess or source or however you wanna say it, universe, speaks to our business through the markets, people, through other people. Other people are also representatives of God, goddess, source. Right?

Of course. You are also a representative, but all these other representatives, 8,000,000,000 of them out there speaking to you. So, anyway, temporary constraints just integrate 3 things, and you're better you're better off than most solopreneurs who are just channeling their, you know, guan yin, their their whatever source. Right? I say Guanyin because my my wife has a Guanyin statue on her on her wall.
