Welcome to Effortless Yes! + Our community values (5 - 10)

A warm welcome to effortless yes. I think it's a very special thing that you're here because a lot of heart based people, people in my audience, are wanting to, of course, make a make a positive impact in the world and, of course, get more clients as well. But a lot of them shy away from anything that smells of the potential of persuasion or of a conscious adjustment of ourselves to be of of more impact to others. And so that's why I'm I'm particularly grateful that you're here because you're willing to at least explore to say of the mainstream persuasion tactics and strategies what can we take from from that teaching that is actually in service, in service to others, in service to our greater self in service to the mission that we have for making a positive impact in a way that's it's truly aligned with our integrity. So I'm really excited to explore with you in this course.
Now, the first thing I wanna share with you is the values of this co learning community. I see this as a co learning community because I am not an expert on getting effortless yeses. In a sense, all of us are are have some skill in that. Otherwise, we we couldn't have had any could things happen in our lives as in regards to interacting with others. So we all have had we all have some skill in so called persuasion or making a positive impact consciously.
So and so I wanna learn from you. Just as you might learn something from whatever I put together, you're also gonna learn from each other. So I wanna recommend some values for us to consider. And if you want to share with us below this lesson, which values resonate with you or if there's another value, that's great as well. But Number 1 is, as part of a co learning community, when you see a comment in our co learning space underneath each of these lessons, there will be comments sometimes.
And if you see a comment that looks lonely, I encourage you to reply to it so that it does it has some reply, especially if it's a comment that's thoughtful, you know, it's they're adding something to it or they're asking a question that you have an opinion on. Really, I welcome you to reply underneath your comment. Click on the reply button. And type your your opinion. All your comments and replies are private just to this course community, our our co learning community.
So I look forward to seeing your comments and your replies. Secondly, it can be vulnerable to share what we're learning and what what's true for us when it comes to getting an effortless yes from others. It could be vulnerable. So I really encourage you to when you do reply to others comments, try to be appreciative and notice some strength of there's notice something positive about what they said, what they wrote, if it's if it's possible. You know?
I I I can I call it notice and name each other's energy signature is something that's that's unique and yet you appreciate about that? And I hope that you will also receive receive from others replies and be grateful to it. You can always click a like or a love underneath their reply to show them that you that you are grateful. And as we keep going, what we're gonna be doing is honing our powers of observation with regards to the marketing we're seeing out there, the communication that we're seeing. In the next few weeks, particularly, you're going as you go through this course, you'll become more and more sharp about it.
And I hope that you will share generously your observations what's working for you to get your effortless yes and what's blocking your yes, something that you wish you could say yes to, but something's blocking it, something's difficult about it, something is turning off, turning you off, you know. And then there's gonna be spaces to share the the good and the constructive criticism coming up, you know, not in this lesson but in coming up. So and lastly, I I hope I am assuming, I hope I can assume, that we will all keep our comments confidential. Yeah? Raise your hand.
If you're willing to keep other people's comments confidential, which gives us the freedom to share about examples that we're seeing. So really, both the positive and the not so positive, the constructive criticism we have for others, not not for each other stuff. I mean, you could maybe, but particularly if you see something out there from an influencer or from some newsletters you subscribe to or from social media and you're like, man, that That is really off. That really feels off. And here's why.
Give us a screenshot. Give us a link or something like that. We we promise to keep it confidential. We're not gonna go to person say, hey. So when so sad, your thing was bad.
No. No. Keep it confidential. We're sharing even the criticism as a as a collective learning to say, See, this is what turns me off. I'm gonna make sure I don't do that kind of thing.
Right? So let's see if these values resonate. I I hope these values resonate with you, and they are written below this video. So you might wanna review them. Thank you so much again for being part of this course.
Let's move on to the next lesson.

A warm welcome here!

It is so valuable to have a community of wise and grounded soulpreneurs to explore these things together in a focused way.

The most important part of a community is its culture. I consider each of us to be culture-setters. We influence the culture with every interaction we have here.

A few values I recommend that we keep in mind:

  1. Comment once, reply twice. For each comment that you make, look for 2 other people's comments (especially ones with few comments) and add a reply – with your encouragement and suggestions (if appropriate). This helps to balance the comment/reply ratio, and gives you practice in seeking and giving support in this community.

  2. Notice and name each others' energy signatures. Each person's presence is unique, and each person has their strengths. It can be difficult for us to notice our own, and easier to notice others'. Whenever you reply to someone’s comment, try to name something, however small, that you appreciate about their energy signature. We all have a fear of being fully seen. Let’s help each other feel fully accepted and received.

  3. Receive deeply what others see/feel from you. It’s a meaningful practice. It’ll help you integrate and express better your energy signature.

  4. Share generously. As you do the homework and add comments under lessons, try to include screenshots or quotes where appropriate, so that we can learn from real examples.

  5. Keep all sharings confidential.  Let's keep this a safe space for sharing by promising to keep all comments confidential.

Let me know below if these values are helpful, and if you have any suggestions.

The values we embody together here is what makes this course experience amazing for each other 😊
