"If we're not selling change/transformation, what exactly do clients pay for?"
Great question.
Earlier in the course, I did mention that what we're not promising is results because if we're say, oh, I'm gonna yeah.
The weight loss is the most common example.
Join my group program and you will be guaranteed to lose £25.
Well, whether someone shouldn't be losing £25.
Right?
It was not good for their health.
And what if someone someone tries their hardest in your boot program and then doesn't lose £25, are what are you are you sure you feel bad?
Maybe they didn't do it right now.
All these reasons why we should not promise specific results Right?
And so the question naturally is if we are if we're not selling results, if we're not selling a specific transformation, What are clients paying for?
Well, I've given you some thoughts below this video, but I'll I'll just say briefly this.
The more warm your audience is towards you, the more you have effectively communicated your energy signature over months or even years hopefully, but even months.
Through your content, through your relationship, this is why we invite your our favorite twenty people first, because with your favorite people, you have connected with your energy signature over sometimes years.
And so they're ready.
And the more that's true, the more what you're really selling I mean, sorry, the more what they're really buying, what they're really paying for, is access to you and your ex and your presence.
And, yes, your expertise as well.
But they're not gonna say it, but they're really paying to spend time with you.
Okay?
And probably also spend time with a group that you've carefully curated so that because they want community, community, but not just any community because they could find Facebook groups that are free and there's some community there.
But to have a group of people they can talk to about some pain that they're experiencing that most people don't understand, but your group does.
And you have some pathway to heal or transform from that state into a better state.
That's what they're paying for.
They're not paying for I mean, don't promise them losing £25, for example, their weight loss type of program.
But they're paying for, like I said, a community that they can talk to about accountability perhaps within your community.
Right?
Motivation.
And also the structure you provided for them to do the work, to do the work.
Because doing work, as you know, doing the work on your own is hard.
It's it's there's not enough motivation.
There's not enough structure, and that's why they're joining your group program.
There's not only a structure you provided, but the group provides that that those guardrails and that that the the banks of the the banks of the river for them to channel their energy towards their transformation.
That's what their that's what their people are really paying for, and that's therefore that's what you can transparently cell on your sales page.
So I hope this helps.
If you have any other thoughts on this comment below.
Thanks.
Earlier in this course I talked about how it's not a good idea to promise results -- because you cannot do the work for them; you don't live their life. But if that's the case, what are they really paying for?
They pay for:
- the program structure we've thoughtfully created
- our knowledge/experience
- our care/energy (the opportunity to receive it in our group that is not available outside of it)
- the vetted community we bring together
- the community we facilitate (a safe place to seek support and to celebrate progress)
Our sales page does speak of the aspiration toward a vision, but it's not realistic to promise specific results.
