In fitness, there's a concept of "reps" — repetitions. You don't get stronger by doing one perfect bicep curl. You get stronger by doing many reps, over time, consistently.
Entrepreneurship works the same way.
Each of the 7 Practices has its own kind of rep:
Content reps — posting, noticing what resonates, posting again. Every piece you publish teaches you something about your voice and your audience, whether or not it "performs" well.
Conversation reps — having market discovery calls, asking real questions, listening for what people actually need. Each conversation sharpens your understanding of the problems that your business may be called to solve.
Connection reps — reaching out to colleagues, commenting on their work, nurturing genuine relationships. Netcaring is a practice, not an event — it compounds quietly over time.
Collaboration reps — co-creating with others through guest posts, joint workshops, or shared projects. Every collab teaches you something about your own strengths in relationship to someone else's.
Launch reps — making an offer, observing the response, adjusting, and offering again. A launch that enrolls zero people isn't a failure — it's an important data point.
Craft reps — delivering your work, gathering feedback, refining your method. You learn more from ten real sessions with clients than from a year of preparation in isolation.
Money reps — reviewing your numbers, experimenting with pricing, having honest conversations about what your work is worth. Comfort with money is built through repeated, gentle contact with it.
The 111 Formula is built on this principle. Forty Stage 1 content experiments. Twenty collaborations. Ten gentle launches, etc. These aren't arbitrary numbers — they reflect the reality that finding your sweet spot takes volume and variety.
And here's what volume gives you that nothing else can: pattern recognition.
After enough reps, you'll start to see what lights you up, what drains you, what your audience responds to, and what quietly falls flat. You won't have to guess at your strengths — they'll become obvious.
Your early reps will feel awkward. That's not a sign you're doing it wrong — it's a sign you're doing it at all. No one's first ten posts, first five discovery calls, or first three launch attempts will be their best. They're not supposed to be. They're reps.
As you start accumulating reps, you'll also encounter blocks — moments where resistance, fear, or doubt try to slow you down. That's completely normal, and it's exactly what the rest of this module is here to help you with.
