Enneagram teacher, trainer, and coach based in the south of Germany. I work mostly online, which is great because it means I can go hiking in the mountains during the week 😊. At the same time, I do miss having people right there in the room with me.

My work sits at the intersection of relationships, burnout/energy recovery, and practical inner work - with an integral, grounded spiritual lens.
I‘m especially drawn to working with people who are functioning on the outside, but feel drained on the inside.

My training background includes integral coaching, embodiment, trance dance, Spiral Dynamics, Innermetrix, NLP, and more, but I‘m most interested in what actually helps people in everyday life. 
Before I got into training and coaching, I worked in the HR field.

I‘m here to sharpen my niche and message, and to get better at ethical, relationship-based marketing (especially hubs and community)… at least that’s what I think I should be doing…but who knows what I‘m not seeing yet 😉. So far, most people find me when they're specifically searching for the Enneagram.
