I'm fascinated by our inner worlds and how they impact what we create in the world around us. As a practitioner, I love working with deep feelers, space holders, emerging leaders and multi-hyphenates; I support them to deeply hear and trust their own wisdom, even amidst uncertainty, so they can embody their natural gifts and bring them to life. I approach this work from a holistic lens, combining my backgrounds in somatics, emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, systems thinking, creative praxis and mystical lineages.
