I celebrate almost three decades of guiding conscious leaders to create conscious cultures where people and purpose matter. I am now ready to “shine the light” of this work so that it is more broadly & publicly visible and accessible to all.

Having just turned 65, I am in the midst of a significant work transition as I enter 2025. Namely, I am narrowing my work focus to two elements: a virtual Conscious Leader Program and a substack publication called "Becoming a More Conscious Leader."

I am choosing to join this Joyful Productivity community to help support me in "shining the light," something that has been challenging for me to do with consistency.

On a personal note, my wife, Lisa, and I just celebrated our 42nd anniversary, and we have had the joy of nurturing three daughters into vibrant adulthood in our historic home in Charlottesville, Virginia.
